It's 8:!5 in the morning and I'm eating my breakfast of pizza and beer while browsing the interweb to find some skiing videos to get amped for the day -- the lifts start spinning in 15. Instead, I find this preview for the 2012 Winter Teva Mountain Games. Hauck, Lenosky, and Ebbet talk about the new courses and events to look forward to with lot of sick riding thrown in between. Now I feel like I should be ripping my bike down the hill instead...

Lakewood Strikes Again
In a late morning e-mail, Nick says, "Lakewood strikes again - New setup is sick though" followed by this gnarly shot:

I'm glad to see Nick still appreciates the setup they have, even though he chose to ride it on his face. All joking aside, feel better buddy!
Despite its awesome ramps, The Incline Club has some kind of sick aversion to Mountain Bikes, Thrashbike, or Italians. Maybe all 3. I say this because Nick slamming his face at TIC comes three years after I did the same thing with unusually similar results:

Little Devil Bowl
As the sleet falls this morning and my hopes of riding FDR go to shit I remember that there is still the Little Devil bowl at Pennskate in A-Town which is indoors and apparently painted pink for Breast Cancer awareness month. I never thought I'd see this:
